At BrandZStorm – Daniel Hechter Watches Paris, we strive to deliver your luxury timepieces safely and promptly. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and timelines associated with our product deliveries across India.
1. Shipping Coverage
We ship our products pan-India, covering all major cities and serviceable PIN codes via trusted courier partners.
Note: International shipping is currently unavailable.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: 4–7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and any external circumstances (e.g., weather, regional lockdowns, courier delays).
4. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Free for all prepaid orders above ₹2,000.
- A nominal fee of ₹70 may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders or orders below the minimum threshold.
Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing:
Tracking ID
Courier partner details
Link to track your shipment in real-time
6. Packaging
All Daniel Hechter Watches are packaged securely with:
- Branded watch box
- Warranty card
- Invoice
- Protective packaging to ensure safe transit
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed or not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team at shehzan.m@brandzstorm.com with your order number.
We will coordinate with our courier partner and keep you informed of the resolution.
8. Damaged Deliveries
In the rare event that your package arrives visibly damaged:
Do not accept the delivery.
Capture photos of the damaged packaging and notify us immediately at marketing@brandzstorm.com
If damage is identified after opening, an unboxing video will be required to initiate a claim.
9. Change of Address
Requests for shipping address changes can be made within 4 hours of placing the order, provided the order hasn’t been dispatched.
Please email us at marketing@brandzstorm.com with your order number and new address.
10. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts
In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts (e.g., customer unavailable), the courier may reattempt delivery up to two times.
If undelivered after multiple attempts, the product will be returned to our warehouse. Reshipping may incur additional charges.
