At BrandZStorm – Daniel Hechter Watches Paris, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:
- The product is damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is unused, in original packaging with all tags intact.
Note: We do not accept returns for reasons of personal preference once the product is worn or used.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift Cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Watches with signs of wear, tampering or without original packaging.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@brandzstorm.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Attach photos of the item and mention the issue clearly.
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7 - 10 business days after product inspection.
- Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
- COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange the item (e.g., for a different color or model), contact our team within 7 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and are processed after the original item is returned and approved. Exchanged products will be delivered within 5 working days
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please:
- Record a clear unboxing video showing the issue.
- Share it with us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.
- Replacement product will be delivered within 3 working days.
Terms of Warranty
Daniel Hechter provides a limited warranty exclusively on its range of watches. This warranty does not extend to any other product category, including but not limited to jewellery, accessories, or apparel.
7. Warranty Coverage
- Duration: The warranty is valid for a period of twelve(12) months from the date of purchase, as stated on the invoice.
- Scope:

- Manufacturing defects in the watch movement (timekeeping mechanism).
- Battery replacement during the warranty period.
- Any fault that impairs the normal functioning of the watch arising from defective materials or workmanship under normal use.
8. Exclusions From Warranty
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage due to normal wear and tear or excessive use.
- Physical damage, including scratches, dents, or breakage to the glass, strap, case, crown, dial, or bracelet.
- Damage resulting from mishandling, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
- Water damage or malfunction arising from servicing carried out by unauthorized personnel or service centers.
- Any consequential or incidental damages or loss, whether direct or indirect.
9. Warranty Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must adhere to the following procedure:
- Initiation: Email us at support@danielhechter.in with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- Approval: Upon preliminary assessment, our support team will communicate approval of the claim via email, if it falls within the warranty terms.
- Collection & Packaging: After approval, Daniel Hechter will arrange for the collection of the product from the customer’s registered address. The customer must securely pack the watch in its original packaging or a suitable alternative to ensure safe transit.
- Inspection & Service: Upon receipt at our authorized service facility, the product will undergo inspection by certified technicians. If the defect is covered under warranty, the watch will be repaired and shipped back at no additional cost to the customer. If repair is not feasible, an appropriate alternative solution (including possible replacement or credit) will be communicated.
- Exclusions & Charges: If the product is found to be outside the scope of warranty, the customer will be informed accordingly and may opt for paid repair services.
9. General Conditions
- Warranty claims are subject to verification and validation by Daniel Hechter’s authorized personnel.
- The company reserves the right to determine whether the defect or issue is covered under this warranty.
- This warranty is only applicable to original purchasers and is non-transferable.
